The Jaycees is one of the world's largest volunteer associations. We offer a wide range of opportunities for our members and the community we serve. Besides being dedicated servants to the local community, we also strive to improve the skills and abilities of our members through training seminars and networking opportunities. In addition, we host a variety of programs and socials to create a fun, dynamic environment for all our members.

Community Development

Our Community Development program is the driving force behind the chapter. The chapter conducts many projects in the Windsor area including the Shad Derby Parade and Craft Show, Special Education fishing, Senior Breakfast and our Thanksgiving Coffee Break.

Each year we donate thousands of dollars to local organizations and provide no-cost events for hundreds of local citizens including the elderly, teens, disabled and disadvantaged. We always welcome our members new ideas.

Individual Development

Members are encouraged to develop their personal skills and enjoy their free time. Our organization offers numerous "How to" courses to help improve themselves and the quality of their lives. Day trips, summer outings, sporting events and family programs such as Whirly ball are all held regularly to allow members to get some rest and relaxation.

Management Development

The Jaycees regularly schedule training courses to improve the leadership skills of their members. Socials allow us the opportunity to develop personal relationships and make new friends. By visiting other Jaycee chapters we increase our network and give us the chance to learn from those around us.
